Missions
Red Bridge Baptist Church supports missionaries all over the world because we take Kingdom work seriously. One very unique aspect of mission work at RBBC is how each and every missionary family supported by us is a part of our family. We don’t just send random checks to random missionaries. Each team has a specific member liaison responsible for maintaining continual communication. We take all of our relationships very seriously and missions is no different.
Supporting mission work is about far more than financial giving. We know our teams. And they know that we have their backs no matter the circumstances. Life happens, and when it does they have a family right here in Kansas City to bear the burdens as they come.
Each year RBBC holds a missions conference. We select a keynote speaker and one way or another coordinate with our mission teams to present updates directly from them during the conference.
Jesus’ direct command, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you,” means we must engage the world all around us, global and local. That’s why we exist as a church and reach out to reach as many as possible.
